The Toyota 86 racing series gives talented drivers a platform to show off their skills on some of Australia’s best racing circuits, with two professional drivers invited to compete with a potential field of 35 or more ambitious drivers for every round this series is sure to get the adrenaline going.
Competitors in this series must adhere to a strict car setup giving drivers the opportunity to compete on driver talent rather than team budget.
The 225/40R18 Direzza ZIII was chosen for the series on the basis of:
- Cost
- Durability
- Grip
Along with the above they found Dunlop had the right level of feel between the behaviour of the tyre and what goes on in the cockpit of the car when driving.
The 225/40R18 Direzza ZIII is a groove tyre which means it works well under Dry and Wet conditions.
