The Dunlop Destiny Program, presented in partnership with the Circuit Excel Racing Association (CERA) and supported by Dunlop Motorsport, represents a premier developmental pathway for aspiring young circuit drivers across Australia.
What Is the Dunlop Destiny Program?
Launched in 2024, the Dunlop Destiny Program offers drivers under the age of 25 the chance to compete in a multi-round series with locations including Mount Panorama, Queensland Raceway, and One Raceway. Based on their on-track performance, media presence, and professionalism, participants can advance through to exclusive evaluation days with elite coaching and the potential to secure high‑profile racing opportunities.
Program Highlights
Multi-round Series: In 2024, rounds were held at Bathurst (Easter), Queensland Raceway (July), and One Raceway, NSW (December) as part of the broader CERA Excel series
Expression of Interest Process: Open to licensed CERA‑affiliated Circuit Excel drivers under 25, with separate eligibility for those over 25 under a “Challenge” grid
Selection and Evaluation: Top performers are invited to an exclusive evaluation day (e.g., at Norwell Motorplex), where they are assessed on driving skill, media aptitude, adaptability to coaching, and overall conduct
Elite Coaching Panel: Guidance provided by seasoned professionals—including Supercars talent and legendary coaches—underlines the program’s commitment to driver development
Motorsport Advancement: The program culminates with the winner earning a fully funded drive at the Toyota 86 Scholarship Series (e.g., at Sydney Motorsport Park in 2025 or 2026)

Apply via Expression of Interest: Drivers register for specific rounds according to their age classification.
Compete in the Series: Showcase on-track performance throughout the series.
Evaluation Day: Finalists progress to a high-impact assessment day featuring elite coaching.
Prize Awarded: One standout scorer is granted access to a high-level Toyota 86 Scholarship drive.
