Dunlop Motorsport is proud to unveil the 2024 Dunlop Destiny™ prize drive at The Bend, marking an exciting new chapter for the program and its commitment to supporting the next generation of Australian motorsport talent. The Toyota 86, freshly revealed with its bold new livery, represents not only a striking presence on track but also the opportunities that Dunlop Destiny™ creates for emerging drivers.
The Dunlop Destiny™ program was created to help young competitors progress beyond grassroots categories such as Circuit Excel. By combining competitive racing, skill development, and mentoring, the program offers drivers a clear pathway to higher levels of motorsport. In 2024, the series showcased some of the best up-and-coming talent, with fierce competition across the season leading into a highly contested assessment day.
After a year of impressive performances and a standout display at the assessment, Tyler Collins was announced as the 2024 Dunlop Destiny™ winner. This weekend, Tyler takes the next step in his motorsport journey as he competes in the Toyota 86 Scholarship Series at The Bend. With support from Dunlop Motorsport, he now has the chance to experience the challenges and opportunities of a higher-profile racing category.
The unveiling of the Dunlop Destiny™ Toyota 86, featuring its distinctive new livery, symbolises both the professionalism of the program and its focus on preparing drivers for the next level. The car’s striking design reflects the bold, modern direction of Dunlop Motorsport, standing out on track as a clear representation of the pathway the program provides. This livery will serve as a reminder of what can be achieved when opportunity and talent come together.
Dunlop Motorsport extends its thanks to all those involved in making the Dunlop Destiny™ prize drive possible. Their combined efforts have ensured that this program continues to grow as a platform for developing Australia’s motorsport stars of the future.
