Dunlop’s R92 Chevron wet pattern are designed using extremely soft compounds and these are very sensitive to heat soak. If the track is drying it is very easy to over-heat the tread compound and you will experience degradation of the rubber compound rather quickly, you should avoid using wet compounded tyres on a dry track.
